1、按快捷键【win+R】，在弹出的运行窗口输入【cmd】，点击【确定】。

2、输入【netsh winsock reset】，点击【Enter】。

3、出现如图所示，不需要重启。

4、继续输入【netsh interface ip set dns 本地连接 static 114.114.114.114】，

5、按图上所示路径【C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc】找到hosts文件。

6、鼠标右击，选择【用笔记本打开该文件】。（注意：最好提前备份一份hosts文件，以免意外）

7、将笔记本中的内容更改为以下这段内容：# Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
